What is your starting price?
Our still renders start from just $50 per image. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees — the price quoted before work starts is the price you pay. Browse our full pricing on the Pricing page.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. We quote a fixed price before starting. No rush fees unless you request a rush turnaround, no surprise charges, no revision fees within the included rounds. The number on your quote is the number on your invoice — every time.
Can I get a custom quote?
Absolutely. Use the price calculator on the pricing page for an instant estimate, or contact us directly for a tailored proposal. We respond within 4 hours on business days. Large projects (15+ renders) and ongoing retainer arrangements receive custom pricing and dedicated support.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! Projects with 10+ renders receive 15% off, and projects with 25+ renders receive 25% off the base price. Volume discounts apply automatically — just mention the total quantity when requesting your quote.

How does the process work?
Our process has 6 simple steps:
1. Brief — You share product files, references, and requirements. 2. Quote — We confirm a fixed price and timeline within 4 hours. 3. 3D Modeling — We build a precise 3D model from your files. 4. Rendering — Scene setup, lighting, and high-res rendering. 5. Revisions — You review and request adjustments. 6. Delivery — Final files delivered in your required formats.
The full process typically takes 3–7 business days depending on complexity and turnaround option.
A revision round covers a comprehensive set of changes — not just a single edit. Additional rounds beyond your package are $20 each. We document every change clearly so there are no misunderstandings.
What information do I need to provide?
To create accurate renders, we ideally need:
• Product dimensions (length, width, height)
• Material specifications (fabric codes, wood finishes, paint RAL/hex)
• Reference images or mood boards showing the style you want
• Required angles or viewpoints
If you only have physical product samples, rough sketches, or partial dimensions, we can often still proceed — just reach out and we'll tell you what we can work with.
📁 Files
What file formats do you accept?
We accept a wide range of input formats:
CAD / 3D: DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, Rhino (.3dm), SketchUp (.skp), 3DS Max, Blender, OBJ, FBX Reference: JPEG, PNG, PDF (dimensions/drawings), or even rough hand sketches photographed clearly

What do you deliver?
Standard delivery includes:
• High-res PNG / JPEG (up to 8K resolution)
• TIFF for print and retouching
• 3D files (FBX, OBJ, GLTF/GLB) if 3D modeling is included
• Project source files on Brand package
All files are delivered via secure download link or uploaded to your Private Cloud workspace. Specific format or resolution requests are handled at no extra cost.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your chosen turnaround option:
• Standard — 5 business days (base price)
• Rush — 3 business days (+30%)
• Express — 24 hours (+60%)
Turnaround starts once we have all required files and have confirmed the brief. Timelines include revision rounds — we build them into the schedule by default.
Do you work internationally?
Yes, we work with clients worldwide. All briefing, collaboration, and delivery happens digitally — we've worked with brands in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, the Middle East, and across Europe. Time zone differences are not an issue; we accommodate async workflows seamlessly.

What is Private Cloud Storage?
Private Cloud is our dedicated asset storage platform, starting at $29/month. It gives you a secure, organized hub for all your 3D assets, source files, and final renders. Features include:
• Version history with rollback
• Team access controls
• Instant download links to share with team members
• Searchable asset library
• EU-based servers with AES-256 encryption
What is Managed Workspace?
Managed Workspace ($99/month) is a white-labeled client portal built around your brand. Your end clients — retailers, agencies, or internal teams — can log in to review renders, approve artwork, leave comments, and download final files. It dramatically reduces the email back-and-forth that typically slows approvals down.
Can I cancel cloud subscriptions anytime?
Yes, both Private Cloud and Managed Workspace subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalties or lock-in periods. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can download everything. We also provide a full data export on request.
Is my data secure?
Security is a priority. All files and data are:
• Encrypted with AES-256 at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3)
• Stored in EU-based data centers (compliant with GDPR)
• Backed up with 99.9% uptime SLA
• Accessible only to authorized users via role-based permissions
