Create a custom property in HubSpot
In HubSpot → Settings → Properties → Create property. Name it 'Fenicher 3D Link', type: URL.

Paste viewer link on the deal
When creating or editing a deal, fill in the Fenicher 3D Link property with the asset's viewer URL.
